The hotel was well located for where we wanted to be - a 10-15 minute stroll to the zoo and also close to the museums and Rundle Street Mall. There were a lot of good restaurants and cafes in the area too (more than shown on google maps). The beds were comfortable and clean and the room was quiet, suprisingly so considering we were next to the lifts. The hotel put our teenagers into a twin bed room right next door which was very convenient. For those arriving by car, come in on the left and there is a loading area on the street next to the front door. The receptionist told us we had 15 minutes to unload and then you can pay the hotel for a 24-hour parking ticket to the Wilson carpark right behind the hotel. It is then just a left at the lights and left again into the laneway behind the hotel. There is then a backdoor into the hotel, so all very convenient.

Location is fantastic. A good supermarket Romeo ‘s is a block away Top Italian pizza restaurant Amalfi is close by and there are alleyways full of delightful outdoor eateries. For shopping, the Rundle Mall is a short walk. Our superior room was very spacious, quiet and clean. It featured a large bath and lovely Japanese shoji screens. You can watch TV from your bath if you’re into that sort of thing! Parking is easy and the hotel is actually surrounded by car parks. The roof terrace is open and delightful for a quiet picnic with views of the hills. Also wanted to mention the lovely duty manager Avery who looked after us in every way possible.😁🎄

Retty much everything was great from check in to check out. Just a 5 min away and you have everything you should need. The Rundle Mall, the city, the transport system., shops, food, drinks and a whole city there at your fingertips. 10 minutes away by foot and you are in the city parks, at the Adelaide Oval, Galleries and all the cities history. Alvin and the team were great and made the stay even better with their smiles and friendly helpful service. The opportunity for late check out and bag storage also helped us on our final day.

From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming & professional. We phoned ahead to say we were early & could we leave our luggage while we went elsewhere for breakfast. When we arrived they had our room ready for us which was a great bonus after our travels to Adelaide. The room was spacious, clean & well presented. Our location was a short walk to the free bus & tram stop. We had a variety of restaurants close by as well as the Rundle Mall. Our hotel was also a desired pick up point for tour operators. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious and very well appointed with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and included a bath and separate shower. Loved the sliding glass and wood panel doors with a slightly Japanese feel to it. The location was perfect for us to explore most of Adelaide City on foot or using the free buses and trams. We stayed there twice bookending an outback holiday and the thoughtful staff gave us the same room both times as we liked it so much. The restaurant was very good too.
